Participants must provide accurate information.

Participants must maintain discipline and professionalism.


4. Selection

Selections are based on performance and are final.


5. International Opportunities

Subject to selection, approvals, and external factors.


6. Liability

AISE is not responsible for injuries, losses, or external disruptions.


7. Media Rights

AISE retains full rights to media and content.


8. Changes

AISE may modify schedules or formats.


9. Intellectual Property

All content belongs to AISE.


10. Governing Law

Applicable under Indian law.

Injury & Risk Acknowledgement


A. Injury & Risk Acknowledgement

The participant acknowledges that participation in sports activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical injury, illness, permanent disability, or death.

The participant (and/or guardian) voluntarily assumes all such risks and agrees that AISE, its organizers, partners, coaches, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising out of participation.


B. Indemnity

The participant (and/or parent/guardian) agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Atletas India Sports and Entertainment OPC Private Limited (AISE), its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:


C. Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain discipline, sportsmanship, and professionalism at all times. AISE reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant without refund in case of:

  • Misconduct or indiscipline
  • Abusive behavior
  • Violation of rules


Payments


A. Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways including Razorpay.

By making a payment, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize AISE to charge the applicable fees
  • Comply with Razorpay’s terms and conditions

AISE does not store your card or payment credentials.


b. Third-Party Payment Gateway

AISE uses Razorpay for payment processing. AISE shall not be held liable for:

  • Payment failures or technical issues
  • Unauthorized transactions due to user negligence
  • Banking or network-related issues

C. Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a transaction, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting AISE.

Any fraudulent chargeback claims may result in:

  • Permanent suspension from events
  • Legal action

All disputes must be raised at contact@aiseorg.info within 7 days of transaction.


D. Refund Policy Acknowledgement

By completing payment via Razorpay, you explicitly agree to the AISE No Refund Policy.
